HME Medical Equipment Clinician
Sioux Center, IA
Work Hours: 80 hours per pay period (8:30 AM-5:00 PM); Call Rotation
The HME Medical Equipment Clinician directs clinical planning, application, and follow-up of medical equipment and supplies for individuals. The position is responsible for completing patient records, home visits, and coordinating care with other providers.

Position Requirements: This position requires proficient use of technology and willingness to use new technology. This position requires high attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
Certificate, Licenses, Registrations: CRTT, RN, RRT or LPN licensure or credentials required. This position requires a valid driver’s license and must carry their own automobile liability insurance.
