The Compliance Coordinator is accountable for coordinating nursing home compliance and regulatory management program, support the MDS process as well as day to day clinical management of resident care. Supervises all staff to ensure quality care and teamwork in the nursing home, with resident directed care. This is done in accordance with our policies, procedures, and the state and federal guidelines to ensure resident care is delivered and all aspects of the environment are being met. Supports the goal of excellence in resident care in a caring environment by facilitating positive employee relations and supporting department goals. Provides exceptional care and service to residents, guests and fellow employees at all times. Provides care/service in accordance with regulatory and accrediting agencies standards. Education and/or experience: Graduate of nursing for LPN, RN, BSN required and some Long Term Nursing Home experience preferred.
