The Long Term Care Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Coordinator is responsible for oversight and direction of the CNA mentor program, training, and education under guidance of the Resident Care Supervisor and Director. This position is responsible to plan and provide, with the team, individualized nursing care and comprehensive service to patients and families. The Long Term Care CNA Coordinator provides direct care for the Long-Term Care residents that follows the Care Plan and assists each resident to achieve and maintain the highest level of health and physical condition.
Certificate, Licenses, Registrations: Certified as a Nursing Assistant in the State of Iowa required. Two years of CNA experience required.
