Unite with a Christian Community

We are proud to be the hands and feet of Jesus’ healing ministry. Our faith is evident in how we serve our patients and how we interact with fellow employees and patients.

Leaders that will Empower You

Sioux Center Health leaders are invested in your growth and want you to be the best that you can be. In return, they also work hard to be the best leaders. This is why they strive to be approachable and to communicate openly. Leader rounding is a keystone of this open communication policy. Our Leaders round on a regular basis to their departments to discuss what’s going on in the department, if there are any opportunities for improvement, and to recognize team members who are doing particularly well. Sioux Center Health leaders truly care and this quality ultimately elevates our organization to greatness.

Being a leading healthcare provider is one of our top priorities. State-of-the-art technology helps us maintain this pursuit. Some of our technology includes: Patient Tracking in Surgery, Electronic Whiteboards, Vocera’s Clinical Communication System, e-Care Services with Avera, and AveraChart’s integrated medical record and patient Internet portal.

Providing Service Excellence Through Our SHARE Principles
